Monthly Training Day – Phone Line Update

📞Every third Wednesday of the month, our phone lines will be closed while our clinical team undertakes essential training to keep providing you with safe, high-quality care.

  • Pre-recorded information will be available on our phone line during this time, with guidance on who to contact for urgent or non-urgent concerns.
  • Lines will reopen as usual from 11:00 am onwards.
For urgent medical needs that cannot wait until we reopen, please call 111 or contact your local out-of-hours service. In a life-threatening emergency, dial 999.
